Erma's Custard in Utica (6451 Auburn Road) officially opens for the season tomorrow, April 1! Erma's is a local favorite (just visit one summer evening and the winding line will speak for itself!) and one of our family's favorite places as well! In addition to amazing custard flavors, famous cream puffs, and other cold creations, Erma's features a new Italian Ice flavor (non-dairy & non-fat) each week. You can view and print the 2009 Flavor Flyer and a map to Erma's online. Erma's is open daily 11:00 am until 9:00 pm.
