Meijer: MealBox Printable Coupon Clarification

Meijer MealBox is a website featuring recipes, a shopping list, and printable coupons to make shopping at Meijer even easier. The best part of MealBox, in my opinion, is the coupons. When combined with manufacturer coupons, they bring AMAZING deals to the table! You'll notice them mentioned in each week's Meijer matchups on this blog.

There has always been a bit of debate on MealBox coupons between various Meijer locations, however. Some would allow you to combine these with manufacturer coupons, others would refuse. When wording on the coupons changed again this month (to allow more than one identical MealBox coupon per transaction), the debate continued. The computer system (not yet updated to reflect the new policy) doesn't always want to allow multiples of the same MealBox coupon.

Thanks now goes to Meijer, who has put some answers in writing on the MealBox website to help clear things up! You may even want to PRINT this and keep it with your shopping list just in case your next Meijer cashier is less than familiar with the correct MealBox policy. We wouldn't want anyone giving you trouble about using coupons legitimately!

We apologize for the recent confusion surrounding the MealBox coupons. To help clarify the redemption of the MealBox coupons please know the following:

1.) Mealbox coupons may be used in addition to Manufacturer coupons

2.) Mealbox coupons may be used each time a condition is met, which could be multiple times per transaction.
(For example: a coupon for $1.00 off 2 Soups can be used multiple times if you have a coupon printed and the number of soups purchased matches, i.e. 2 coupons = 4 soups.)

3.) Mealbox coupons cannot be doubled or tripled at any time.

4.) Stores have the right to limit the quantity of items to normal retail purchases per transaction.
