Recipe: White Chocolate Popcorn


1 - 8 oz bag Corn Puff Snacks
for example: Mike Sells Puffcorn Delites or Better Made Corn Pops

1 lb. White chocolate disks or white chocolate chips

Melt white chocolate disks (slowly in microwave or in double boiler). In large bowl, pour melted chocolate over popcorn and stir until coated. Stir to break up large clumps and spread onto 2 cookie sheets. Refrigerate 5-8 minutes or keep in a cool place until chocolate has hardened. Store in airtight ziploc bag.

Not only is this recipe delicious and terribly easy, but the "hull-less" popcorn is safe for even young kids to enjoy! Make a batch and watch it disappear! Be sure to comment and let us know if you try it!
