ReplyDeleteHey Molly, do the Okemos Meijer cashiers give you a hassle about coupons? I do use a lot of coupons (completetly properly), but I only do 2 transactions per visit. It's become a miserable experience being frugal at Meijer.
ReplyDeleteSummer- certain ones do, yes! So I try and do my big shopping with my big stack of coupons when I know this certain cashier is working. She is really, really slow, but is so nice about the coupons and never hassles me. I can't think of her name, but she is who I make a point of going to. It seems like a lot of the men are real crabby about it too. I just had a horrible experience at the Okemos Target as well- ugh- very frustrating when you are doing everything correctly and they treat you like you are doing something illegal!
