Recipe Tutorial: Chicken Stock

Laura has created an amazing Chicken Stock Photo Tutorial, describing in words and pictures her EASY method for turning a whole frozen chicken into "the equivalent of TWELVE cans of chicken stock and 5-6 cups of shredded chicken" with only about 25 minutes of effort!   1. I started doing this (with direction from Laura) last year and it is a time and money saver! It is so easy to stockpile we are able to rotate it quite fast as we are a family of 6 now!
