View this week's complete
Kroger Ad.

* Macomb area Kroger stores currently double coupons up to $0.50. However, as of October 2009, only 3 manufacturer's coupons will be doubled per like items purchased.

You WILL need a Kroger card to take advantage of these offers; sign up for one at the Customer Service desk if you do not have one!

Take your own bags to Kroger and you'll receive a credit for $0.05 per bag used on your shopping order. You may need to remind your cashier to deduct your credit, however, as the computer will not do it automatically!

Load e-coupons to your card before you shop: visit Cellfire, P&G E-savers and Shortcuts. Each website lists the e-coupons that can be loaded onto your Kroger Card so that you can save even more! E-coupons are limited to one use and will not double.

Select Kroger stores north of Macomb (Grand Blanc, Flint, Frankenmuth and more - view a full list here) will double manufacturer's coupons up to $1.00! This can mean a great savings (and some potential free items this week). If your travels happen to take you north, check the Kroger ad (search by zip code) for the areas you're passing through. You just might want to pack your coupons, too!

Please let me know if you find any good deals I've missed!

  1. I also have a coupon (from an insert, but I have no idea which one or when) for a FREE boc of Rita crackerfills with a purchase of Ritz crackers - So Buy 1 at 1.99, use the $1.00 on Ritz, and you should be able to get a box of the Crackerfills for free.

Also, in my ad it listed the Private Selection and Turkey Hill ice cream for 2/$5 - I have 2 different Turkey Hill ice cream coupons from inserts (exp 12/20/09 and 2/28/10) for $1 off any 1 (1.5 Qts).

Both these deals get even better if you go to a Kroger that double up to $1!

  2. Nikki,
The Ritz cracker deal sounds great in theory, but you're using TWO manufacturer coupons on one box of Ritz crackers (since the second coupon is free Crackerfuls when you buy Ritz crackers), and I can't recommend doing it because it's illegal.

Thanks for the head's up on the Turkey Hill ice cream - I missed that one! Boy, how I wish my Kroger would double up to $1! :)

  3. Thanks for the tip on the Ritz! I haven't gone to the store yet, so you saved me the embarrassment of the bad coupon usage (and register beeps)! I always try to play by the rules, so thanks!

  4. I was able to use my BOGO coupon from the USA weekend insert for the Hasbro games today without any trouble. I got 2 card games for FREE, great for gifts or toys for tots!
