View this week's complete
Kroger Ad.

* Macomb area Kroger stores currently double coupons up to $0.50. However, as of October 2009, only 3 manufacturer's coupons will be doubled per like items purchased.

You WILL need a Kroger card to take advantage of these offers; sign up for one at the Customer Service desk if you do not have one!

Take your own bags to Kroger and you'll receive a credit for $0.05 per bag used on your shopping order. You may need to remind your cashier to deduct your credit, however, as the computer will not do it automatically!

Load e-coupons to your card before you shop: visit Cellfire, P&G E-savers and Shortcuts. Each website lists the e-coupons that can be loaded onto your Kroger Card so that you can save even more! E-coupons are limited to one use and will not double.

Select Kroger stores north of Macomb (Grand Blanc, Flint, Frankenmuth and more - view a full list here) will double manufacturer's coupons up to $1.00! This can mean a great savings (and some potential free items this week). If your travels happen to take you north, check the Kroger ad (search by zip code) for the areas you're passing through. You just might want to pack your coupons, too!

Let me know if you find any good deals I've missed!

  1. The YoPlus 4 pack is a freebie if you have the $1 Shortcut loaded on your card, plus a $1 coupon from one of the inserts (there are 2 current coupons). The price is $1.99 and if you buy 10 items, it becomes a moneymaker at $1.49.
The Pepperidge Farm Baked Natural snacks are included in the mega sale and there is a coupon in today's inserts, plus some boxes have a Try Me Free rebate form on them which will give you overage if you use the coupon and this sale (because the .50 extra comes off at the bottom of the receipt, not on the price you circle for the rebate).

  2. Thanks for the tip about the Pepperidge Farm crackers, Louann! I was able to find a TMF peelie at the 23/Hayes store. We love being paid to eat snacks! :-)

The Bumblebee Tuna pouches are also part of the Mega Sale... $0.99 before savings, $0.49 after savings. If you have the $1/1 IPs, you'll make $0.51 on each package!

  3. Dole mandarin and tropical fruit were included in my sale (50 cents after buy-10 discount in Okemos, MI). Paired with the printable coupon from the Dole "flip" game they were a money maker!

  4. I tried using a manufacturers coupon with a smart source coupon that were in the freezer section by the steamfresh veggies to make for a great deal but I was told that I could not combine the coupons. Is that the case?

  5. leAnn,
Your cashier was correct - those are both manufacturer's coupons (the same is true of most SmartSource coupons - you can read the label on the top of the coupon if you're unsure). To combine, you would have needed one manufacturer and one Kroger coupon.
