Turkey and Stuffing Pie
Turkey and Stuffing Pie

3 cups prepared stuffing
2 cups cubed, cooked turkey
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or swiss)
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Press stuffing onto the bottom and up the sides of a well-greased 9-in. pie plate. Top with turkey and cheese. Beat eggs and milk; pour over cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
Yield: 8 servings
