Keep this recipe in mind when you've got post-Thanksgiving leftover mashed potatoes. There's no rule that says you have to used ground beef in the recipe, either. I think it would be just as delicious with cooked, chopped turkey pieces!

Ha! We will have to arm wrestle for who Lisa (the recipe sharer) loves more... BUT, I taught a coupon class at Lisa's house and she lives 2 miles from me... and I happily posted her recipe on my blog as well!!!
