The Ace at 23 & Romeo Plank accepts them. I bought 8 last week for only 40 cents (tax).

The Store on Harper in Saint Clair Shores will not accept a coupon on these bulbs because the bulbs are on sale for $0.99 and the coupon is for $1.00. Each ACE Hardware store is individually owned and makes their own decisions on coupon acceptance (per their corporate office). It would be nice to talk to an owner and explain coupon redemption to them some time.
