Recipe: Taco Stuffed Pasta Shells

Stephanie thought this was a great week to share this recipe, which includes some items (cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning) that you might have on hand thanks to the Meijer sales earlier this week!

Notes from Stephanie: This is one of my family’s favorite recipes. We pair it with whatever sides we have on hand - this week it will be the Old El Paso Heat ‘n Serve black beans!

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning (FREE at Meijer this week!)
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese
12 large pasta shells (average price $1.50)
1 cup salsa ($0.49 at Meijer this week)
1 cup taco sauce (substitute taco sauce with additional salsa)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed tortilla chips ($1.00 at Kroger)
1 cup sour cream
3 green onions, chopped (can omit if necessary)
